 The arts are alive and well in Charleston. New theater companies have cropped up around town over the last year. Favorite shows, like sketch comedy from Rip City CHS, have returned. The Void theater company is creating space for queer artists. New art exhibition spaces, like Hed Hi Studio on King Street, have joined the ranks. And the music scene is stronger than ever with venues like Charleston Pour House and The Commodore bringing live music seven nights a week.
